I started Ever Tender Home Care & Staffing LLC because I know the importance and relief of having a helper to take care of a loved one. As a working mother, taking care of my mother at home was quite a challenge. Finding a home health aide was such a big help because my mother lived at home, where she was comfortable, and I was able to go about my day without worrying. Not only was our health aide kind, but she was also reliable and hard working. This is what I valued.

As a Registered Nurse/ BSN with over twenty-five years of experience, I am passionate about taking care of the elderly. I wanted to utilize my career further by helping patients live at home comfortably with a caregiver who has a tender heart, is reliable, and understanding. As a visiting nurse, I have seen the dire need for health aides to help working families who have their parents and grandparents at home alone. Safety is of priority, and the presence of a caregiver makes a huge difference. Ever Tender Home Care & Staffing LLC is meant to support families, giving them the peace of mind they deserve because families matter the most. 

As a senior home care agency, our philosophy is to help the elder community by providing services at their own home. Our experienced caregivers come to the client’s home on a schedule to help daily, every other day, or weekly, depending on what is necessary. During these visits, the home health aide provides personalized care and service tailored to suit the client’s needs. Our team of caregivers operates around values of kindness, reliability, and patience, so you can rest assured that they will receive the best possible service. 

As a business owner, the most enjoyable part of my work is knowing that clients and family members are satisfied with our service. Families often call us to say that they appreciate what we do. Nothing is better than serving the community through this business. 

While I’ve been running this business for a little over a year, I’m proud to say that we are already thriving. Our quality service and satisfied families have been major contributors to our success!

When I’m not providing senior home care services, I spend my time reading, gardening, cooking, and singing in the church choir.
